A letter from our CEO

Dear Supporter

As you may know, I am the new CEO of Take 3. My first letter to you comes at an immensely challenging time. COVID-19 has forced us to transform the way we live, learn, work and socialise. 

Take 3 is aware of the high levels of anxiety COVID-19 has caused for many people and I extend my sincerest support to you and your families, and hope that you stay safe and healthy during this time. We can still be a supportive community for one another despite being bound to our homes.

PLASTIC POLLUTION STILL PERSISTS

While we recognise the challenges society is facing, Take 3’s determination to care for and protect oceans, marine life and the broader environment from plastic pollution remains steadfast and unwavering. With Coronavirus dominating the news we must not forget that the health of our oceans is imperative. Without a healthy ocean, there is no healthy ‘us’. 

HOW WE’RE ADAPTING

I am excited to announce today that Take 3 will be launching a dedicated new Online Learning Program in 2020. Students will have direct access to engaging, bespoke online learning materials including videos, lesson plans and hands-on activities that will transform their learning experience. 

I am thrilled that Take 3 is able to deliver such impactful education to students that can be accessed from the safety of their own homes.  I hope that you can support us in bringing this magnificent program to life, at a time when the world so desperately needs it. 

WHAT CAN YOU DO

These are unprecedented and uncertain times, but the oceans and wildlife still need our help. We are adapting daily to ensure that our mission is achieved during this challenging time. 

If you can donate to support us through this trying period, it would mean that Take 3 can continue to create positive impacts for the planet, wildlife and our precious, fragile oceans and launch the Online Learning Program.
