Take 3 Ocean Swim 2021

Swim for the Sea

The Take 3 Ocean Swim is a new, competitive ocean swim event at Umina Beach on the Central Coast, NSW. This is your opportunity to swim for a purpose and support an award-winning ocean conservation charity. The event is suitable for all levels of swimmers with 1km, 2km and 5km courses.

The Ocean Swim event aims to spark a connection between the community and our precious oceans, while raising funds to support Take 3’s education programs in schools, surf clubs and communities. All entry fees and fundraising efforts go directly towards helping Take 3 achieve its mission to conserve the environment and protect wildlife from the impacts of plastic pollution and waste. Just by participating, all swimmers are contributing to a healthier ocean ecosystem!

Take 3 is working closely with Umina Surf Life Saving club (SLSC) to deliver a safe experience for all. Umina SLSC will provide expert water safety and first aid to all participants on the day.
