This thriving, plastic free & plant based cafe could be yours!

Take 3 partner with Island Whole Foods to help auction their cafe

By Madeleine Bell

Do you sometimes dream of taking a dip in the ocean on your lunch break? Are you sick of the routine banality of the 9-5 world? If so, this could be your lucky ticket to the oceanside lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of.

Cafe owners Laura and Matt are raffling off their beloved Island Whole Foods for just $15 a ticket! Located on Victoria’s pristine Phillip Island and situated 150m from the beach, the cafe is valued at nearly $200,000, debt free and completely ready for its new owners to take the reigns. For the lucky winner, it really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Island Whole Foods prides itself on its plastic-free, plant based vision. The cafe was set up a few years ago by husband and wife duo, Laura and Matt, who built it into the successful, community hub that it is today. Laura and Matt have instilled their environmental and community-centred values into the business and have consequently developed a thriving operation that is adored by locals. The raffle focuses on giving back to the environment with $2 from every ticket sold donated to Take 3 For The Sea.

Through raffling off the cafe, Laura and Matt will provide new owners with a small business opportunity that for many is simply unachievable. Under a similar guise of giving back, the couple have essentially mobilised communities to donate to a cause they deeply believe in. As ocean lovers themselves, Laura and Matt care deeply about protecting the environment for future generations to experience it the way they have been able to. Once the cafe is sold and deeds are handed over, Laura, Matt and their two young children will embark on their next adventure; travelling around Australia in a caravan.

Take 3 are deeply grateful to be partnering with Island Whole Foods for this exciting and inspiring opportunity. Take 3 commends Island Whole Foods for contributing to environmental protection and giving back to the community so selflessly.
